Information for makers
As exhibiting company/organisation, you are responsible for
- manning the tent on Wednesday and Thursday from 9.00 to 14.00
- filling the tent with displays or products you want to showcase
- preparing an activity that everyone can participate in (e.g. 3D printing of keychains, taste test, sewing workshop or similar)
- book stage time if you wish.
17 September is reserved for primary school pupils (7-10 grade), while 18 September is for students from upper secondary education.
Prices for tents/stage time
- BIG PARTY (DKK 10,000, excluding VAT): 2 tents, 20 food tickets and the possibility for 2 x 30 min. on stage
- NICE PARTY (DKK 5,000, excluding VAT): 1 tent, 10 food tickets and the possibility for 30 min. on stage
- COSY PARTY (free for small businesses): 1 tent and 4 food tickets
An extra tent costs DKK 5,000, excluding VAT.
Other practical details
- A tent measures 3x3x3 metres (larger tents are 3x6x3 metres). All tents come with a solid floor, a folding table (180x75 cm) and four walls that can be closed for the night.
- Power and internet access will be available in the tent area.
- The tent area is easily accessible from the parking lot along the site. We can assist with providing ground mats if the forest floor is wet.
- Security will be present at the tents from Tuesday at 16.00 to Thursday at 8.00.
