MakerFest 2026

Do you have a passion you can’t help but share? Something you’re building, coding, designing or crafting with your own hands? Then join us as an exhibitor at MakerFest, 9-10 September 2026 and showcase your creativity to hundreds of curious young people!

MakerFest is a bit like a fair but here, visitors don’t just watch. They get stuck in. As an exhibitor, you’ll bring your work to life, inspire the next generation and show them what they can achieve themselves.

You’ll become part of a unique community where ideas are exchanged, networks grow and new collaborations take shape. You’ll gain visibility in a meaningful setting and receive valuable feedback from a young audience.

As an exhibitor, you are expected to:

• staff your tent both days from 9.00 to 14.00
• fill your space with whatever you’d like to show off
• prepare a hands-on activity everyone can try (from 3D-printing keyrings to taste samples or sewing workshops – it’s up to you)
• consider booking a slot on stage.

Prices for tents/stage time BIG PARTY (DKK 10,000 + VAT): 2 tents (6x6 m), 20 food vouchers, plus the option of 2x30 minutes on stage NICE PARTY (DKK 5,000 + VAT): 1 tent (3x6x3 m), 10 food vouchers, plus the option of 30 min. on stage COSY PARTY (free for small businesses): 1 tent (3x3x3 m) and 4 food vouchers Extra tents available at DKK 5,000 + VAT. Other practical details All tents come with a solid floor, one folding table (180x75 cm), a bench and four walls that can be closed overnight. Electricity and internet access are available in the tent area. The tent area is easy to reach from the adjacent car park, where free parking is available. If the ground is muddy, we can provide trackway panels to drive on. Night security will be in place from Tuesday at 16.00 until Thursday at 8.00.
